Personality:

A Short somewhat overweight romulan, interested in politics, strategy games and gossip. He has gone through great effort to cover up his sexual preference, Letek is gay, from any Romulans really. He is an expert in the field of computer sciences but doesn't know much about Federation Technology per se. He hates coffee and anything that is somewhat related to this (take the Klingon variant for example). He also thinks that the Federation liquor (or lack thereoff) is somewhat stupid, therefore he has a hidden stash of Romulan Ale in his luggage. Speaks just about every standard language you can name (Klingon, Vulcan, Ferengi, Cardassian, etc), Allowing him to be painfully talkative to just about anyone.
